Hello! This is a feature that is not available natively in Workfront but can be achieved through the Workfront Fusion plug in. It may be worth exploring Fusion if your use of the tool is heavy on requests to projects and if you are interested in other automations/integrations.

Also having trouble "liking" this idea but I agree it should be a standard feature. 

A possible workaround would be to put just those two users on a proofing stage together and make that stage private.

On a recent webinar a system admin with Disney shared that they refer to their Workfront instance as R.O.Z. (like from the infamous curmudgeon from Monsters Inc.) How fun is that? Would love to hear if any others have adopted a new name for Workfront as well!
