It would be really nice if we could see all of the ideas our company has posted here, similar to tickets, rather than having to either log outside the system of pass a link around.

There needs to be a way to link proof information to project information. For example: It's not currently possible to link a proof to the portfolio it resides in, without either manually requesting users to fill in a project field or exporting two different reports.

When making a matrix report, it would be nice if you could text edit the matrix groupings. Specifically to put logic into which columns/rows are shown.

This seems like an obvious thing that should be added immediately. It's almost embarrassing that it doesn't already exist. Without the ability to sort Matrix reporting, you take many chronological use cases for it.

It would be really great if you could dynamically adjust a report send to list based on who would actually see something in a report, that was pre-filted to just that user.

I second this. I'd also like it to be able to be "reportable" in a custom view. As it is now, there is no truly unique field in the custom view.
