  • Every time I call into Workfront Customer Support, I receive a survey from them. I called to ask what they used and they told me it wasn't integrated with Workfront, but the product is from Nicereply.com. They are a company out of Bratislava Slovakia.

  • Workfront would be a better product as a Service Desk tool if a customer satisfaction survey could be sent to the originator of an issue. The Survey would ask a certain # of questions that could then be inserted into our database, allowing us to gauge how well our Service Desk was performing.

  • When creating an Issue / Request, there is an option to assign a Team. Once that Team is assigned there is no way to change that team or add another team.   • In case it isn’t obvious they do allow points to be counted as x hours but since Agile was an add on to Workfront instead of a core feature they are not faithful to the principles of Agile Development
