Every time I call into Workfront Customer Support, I receive a survey
from them. I called to ask what they used and they told me it wasn't
integrated with Workfront, but the product is from Nicereply.com. They
are a company out of Bratislava Slovakia.
Workfront would be a better product as a Service Desk tool if a customer
satisfaction survey could be sent to the originator of an issue. The

It would be very beneficial to create an upload mechanism to bring
backlog items into a project. Currently one can import an xml rendering
of a project into the traditional waterfall project type, but the
process of adding stories, and tasks (features / epics / etc) is one at
