There are not enough upvotes in the world for this one. To have proofs show up as late the day after they are posted just highlights how much work Workfront has in front of it to improve the UX on their systems. I can't believe it's taken workfront so long to respond to this issue. It's not an idea its a basic usability flaw in Workfront.

This also is an issue when we have a reviewer who is no longer with the company or someone who has been added by mistake with the wrong email address. There is no way in HQ proof to delegate all reviews assigned to a person to a new reviewer.
