I'm recommended that Topic Group name be added as an option when creating Issue reports. It seems strange that you can select Queue Topic name and not Topic Group. It is such an inconvenience when creating reports and you have to revert to text mode to do this.

It would be nice to have another layer under Program so we could have "sub-folders" and then projects. It would give us another layer if we needed it.

There are times when our Users have entire projects that we work on that are non-billable. We'd like to be able to mark that project as NON-BILLABLE at the project level. As a next step, we'd like to be able to do that to a program as well

On the "All Requests" tab, it seems there should be a way to actually see the date a request was submitted so we can how many requests are coming in on various days. Currently, we can sort by "submitted on" but you can't see what date it was submitted on without having to open every single request ...
