100% agree. We have new work comes up through Jira and it is a burden to rekey it in. It should be able to be passed both directions If the work cannot start and be passed both ways, it creates dual entry and less willingness to ensure Workfront is up to date.

We would really benefit from this feature! Today we have lots of reports as a work around. we will try the workarounds above but as a non-technical team, having this ability natively would be helpful. We tried the FIELD:name in text mode but cannot get it to work with a custom field.

A use case for this would be if you have a dashboard that needs to be filtered on a custom field to create a tailored experience. Today, wildcards only work for out of the box fields. Great idea! I would also like to control which of the Workfront initiated notifications get pushed to users. Many of them only apply to system admins and make it more difficult to use the notification function for our users since most are irrelevant to them.
