we need to get everyone to vote on this so we can get WF to add it to the product road map...
would love the ability to bulk edit like fields in routing rules / queue topcis / topic groups.
or even in menu/line editing instead of having to go into each specific one
It does not work that way now, not it returns all tasks that match the name of the task you entered regardless of project - which opens the door for moving the document to the completely wrong project.
When moving documents on the project level from 1 task to another
You select to move the document
then select task
then you put in the task name you want to move the document to
- the system returns all tasks with the name you're looking for
- it serve you the task that matches that name in the cur...
I agree with this except... we track custom events back into the update feed - i.e. if a custom form is updated the updates get pushed back out into the update feed and I'd hate for users to miss that. Could we potentially make this admin controllable in that admins can determine what is turned on /...
Agreed - would like admin control on much more levels to ensure communications are consistent and experience is consistent and then give users some additional bells and whistles they can modify - but keep core function controlled at the admin level.
Previous version (prior to latest update) actual said the preceding task is complete and you can now start yours and it linked to your current task - this was a much better and more usable email. please revert to this
This is a huge headache for our users - people commend on the document updates section either under the document details page or on the details panel when clicking on a document.
Can we please allow for this to be disabled system wide.
