Bulk edit request queue - routing rule details

would love the ability to bulk edit like fields in routing rules / queue topcis / topic groups.

or even in menu/line editing instead of having to go into each specific one

Seconded! (Although, you can currently inline edit the queue topic/topic group fields by exposing them in a report or view). Being able to bulk edit would be ideal.
