This has been mentioned by the project managers in my group as well.

When replying it would definitely be super helpful to see everyone who is tagged - and be able to add or remove users.

Totally agree. After an update is edited, a little "edited" notation can appear next to the update to signify that it has been modified from the original.

Similar to Brandon, we take in requests that can have numerous projects affiliated with it. We would like to be able to utilize one request to create many projects that may be associated with that one request.

Ditto here. Due to our complicated internal process this missing tagging functionality for all WF users/teams is preventing us from using Proofing to its fullest capacity.
