Add Priorities as a Home widget

Description - Add the new Priorities feature as a Home widget option

Why is this feature important to you - It would alleviate the need to click back and forth from Home to Priorities. It could also be used in place of the My Work widget for some users. The Priorities view is more compact and uses less white space and that would be useful on the Home page. It would also alleviate the need for the left navigation bar.
