When trying to create a report filter, Rich Text fields do not show up as options to filter on. So for example if you have a rich text field called "Challenges", you can't set up a report that filters for projects where the Challenges field is not blank.

Wasn't the 20.3 release like a year ago? I'm not seeing this option on our dashboards. When will this be released?

I forgot to add that then you would have to find all the reports that reference the old field and change those! Please make it so we don't have to re-make all our custom fields to get the rich text feature!

Workfront has been touting that we can add rich text to custom fields for a while now, but in order to get this new feature, you have to create NEW fields to apply it (and then have all your forms reference the new field). Why not give users the ability to add this functionality on existing fields?...
