Have the "Position" field from the Contact page be a column option on the custom view of a report. This would allow us to report on work being done by position.
Similarly, we would like to include word Documents, i.e. When A Word Doc Is Submitted For Approval, Add The Capability To Download The Doc With The Comments Included.
Provide a report that shows historical views of how many proofs an individual approved and what the turnaround time is for each proof and for each individual?
There is a need on our side to say when did the approver get it and when was it approved. Were timelines met, etc.
Details: Currently there is no report that shows each approval flow and who approved it without drilling down into the Activity Action of individual proofs.
