Exactly, I'm getting a error that says you can't change the formula if the field is used on multiple forms and won't let me save my changes.

We have many fields that we use the same field across different object types. Like a field called Project Name that the calculation is different if you have different object types. With the new release I now have to create unique field names like Task Project, Issue Project, Document Project, ect. I...

We have the same problems. Team that with teams don't get some types of notifications and some only go out once at the very beggining of a project. My users are super annoyed by them.

If I am an objects owner I should be able to manually push an email notification. Say I had a custom notification that goes out at a task's start date and a new asignee is assigned after the start date or I want to resend as a reminder. I should be able to re-push that notification to resend it.

I'd like to have the ability to push email notifications at the project level similar to how it can be done at the system level from Diagnostics. So at the project level Send Overdue Notifications, Send Early Notifications, and Send Reminder notifications. Only for the tasks in that project.

Currently we can take a picture and add it to an object directly in the mobil app. We use the app while doing quality audits in the field and could use the ability to take video and add it to the object directly in the app. Currently we have to take the video on our device and upload it later.

Make sure the person you shared with also has view access to the reports on the dashboard. I had some recently that the permissions did not push down to the reports as I expected it to.

Does anyone know of a way that I can recalculate all custom fields at once? I didn't see anything in set-up.
