To see presence of others viewing an items like a ticket would be great, we have another system for our IT tickets called FreshService and it offers this and I find it very helpful when considering if I need to pick up a ticket or if someone has it open without needing to ask.

This is also a feature our users have requested. I think I heard it might be coming in the revamped version of approvals, perhaps next year but not sure. Regardless I will add a like here, would help solve some problems our teams have.

I am dealing with the same issue currently and thought it was a bug. We would like to reopen something that is closed or change statuses if something changes on it later and have it sync back the status from the task to the request or issue to keep it accurate.
