    Exporting to PDF is materially different than printing to PDF. An exported PDF should look clean and not have browser artifacts in it. It shouldn't be constrained as a browser constrains the display, it should fill the page without unnecessary breaks.

    This would save a bunch of time figuring out why the dates don't work out the way the PM thinks they should. The PTO addition to the duration is elusive and easily forgotten. Put the flag in there, it becomes obvious. Obvious is good.

    An action item is really an issue. You can create a custom form with custom attributes and associate it with Action Items. That gives you the ability to track all those other attributes. Does that come close to giving you what you want?
