Thank you for your response. If you set the deadline a few days before
the real deadline, how do your teams know when the deliverable goes
live? For example, if you have an email that needs to be sent on June 9
but the planned completion date is set to June 6, how do the teams know
to send it on June 9 instead of June 6? As far as I understand it, the
way to stop WF from splitting up hours to add a lag in the predecessor.
Hi, We are wanting to add buffer time in our workflow schedules.
Projects tend to run late and miss the Completion date. To help mitigate
this, we wanted to schedule extra time in the schedule that we can use
if some of the tasks are running late. What is the best practice to do
this? We've been playing around with constraints to always run as soon
as possible or put one task in the schedule. We've tried adding lag
times on predecessors and considered adding an extra task with the
When a user logs time off in their profile, it would be great if a
notification could be sent to the project manager that shows a list of
the projects assigned to them during that time frame that would be
affected. Right now it projects are automatically adjusted without any
type of approval or notification.
I have folders set up on the project templates. However, any documents
that are uploaded on the request don't automatically get added into a
specific folder when the request is converted to a project. Is there to
choose which folder all documents from the request get uploaded to?
Right now all I see is that it gets added to the general documents area.
Hi Kelly, I found that if you create a custom report to show the type of
issues/requests you want, you can customize the columns. Then on the
report, there should be a button to allow you to export it into a PDF,
excel, etc. The exported document should show all of the columns that
you have shown in your report. I've done this in the New Workfront
experience, so not sure if it works the same in classic. Feel free to

I would like to see a feature where the user and admin can set which
days email notifications are being sent. For example, the user can
choose to not receive notifications on the weekends. Instead those
notifications can be saved to send on a different day or in a daily
