  • Yeah, we would also like that functionality as well ...to be able to route it directly to the manager. Right now only Team and Individual person are possibilities. I'll have to see if there is an Idea Exchange request open for this, then we can vote on it.

  • For actual task hours, you'll have to add a sheet called HOUR Hour. To get an example of the fields you'll need (which include project id, task id, owner id, etc, go Setup -> System -> Kick-Starts -> Export Data and download the Hour spreadsheet. Adina Pierce Cisco

  • I did some playing around with reports, and the only way I found to report on billed hours was to do an Hour report, and filter by billing record -> billing date. I grouped by project name, and then I added "billed revenue" as one of the fields, summarized by Average. I haven't gotten to this point ...
