My favorite thing to use/create in Workfront are calculated fields and valueexpressions, and of course reporting!

Not sure if this helps, but here is a screenshot of the layout template where you can hide or show the Issues option. Another thing to check is if someone changed the terminology of the issue object on your layout template. Check for that here:

I just tried it in both Classic and New experiences, and I do not see any option to collapse each user to one line.

Do you mean the issues tab that is on the project? That is now on the side menu: If you previously had a custom dashboard for issues, you can add that to the new layout template for them to see.

Are the users of the project assigned to the tasks where the document that is uploaded, or are they the project owner if uploaded to the project level? I don't think they get an email if one of those criteria aren't met (at least i don't see anything in the Notifications section).

Unfortunately grouping and charts can only be done if you create a calculated field on that object.

Hi Kristina, try this for no projects in a program: EXISTS:a:$$EXISTSMOD=NOTEXISTSEXISTS:a:$$OBJCODE=PROJEXISTS:a:programID=FIELD:ID

You can do it with a valueexpression, and only show a few characters, but that works best with text fields such as notes. It doesn't work great with URLs, since the browser only sees the partial URL which would be invalid when clicking on it. What I like to do is to replace the URL string with text....
