  • Couldn't agree more and that is pretty much my use case. A product name changes and we have to manually go through hundreds of CFs updating them.

  • Is this not inefficient and a bit dangerous having everyone write a script / servlet that wants what is basic functionality? I'd like to have search and replace across my library of content fragments but to write it myself seems a bit poor?

  • Thanks for the pointers but sadly these don't work.   For example I have a folder:   Folder called Shop Content Fragment: WelcomeContent Fragment: Product OverviewsContent Fragment: Contact   You can see I can't infer an order form the names. Also, the order the CFs are entered in is not useful eit...

  • What happens is you need to query for all CFMs.   From there, you form a query for all the CFs of all those CFMs.   The CFs come back and contain their path but there is nothing to indicate the order they are in the folder.   This order in the folder is what determines the site structure.   This is ...

  • Thanks for that but what I need to know is the order of the Content Fragments in the folder.   I can't see a way to get this out of GraphQL whereas the assets API gives you the Content Fragments in order.

  • Hi All,   We are looking at moving from the assets API to using GraphQL. One of the things we have noticed is that we can't get the ordering of content fragments within a folder back from the GraphQL.   Ordering is important to us. Does anyone have any advice on how to pull the ordering of Content F...

  • We have some very basic workflows to publish and delete.   We have noticed that when you delete a folder with assets the assets are correctly sent through the workflow to be approved for deletion but the folder isn't.   Also, we can't even initiate the workflow on an empty folder.   So, overall, we ...

  • Thanks for the reply. My use case in a headless mode is a bit different.   I have a CF which is a "page". It is then made up of multiple other CFs which are the components.   Say I have 1 page and 5 components. This means 6 individual approvals.

  • Hi All,   I use CFs for a headless use case.   We have a folder structure and within the folders we have the CFs.   After experimenting with how to publish a folder of contents it appears we need 2 workflows:   To publish the empty folder (using the multivalue field in the workflow), selecting the f...

  • Thanks, I get that but what I was keen on was multi select on the left column utilized to allow multi select of the CFs I am reviewing and happy with and press approve.   Sadly, I need to individually go through 30 CFs click complete, select approve then press ok.   If I could multi select the CFs I...
