These are great suggestions @HollyBartlow. Comments / updates need to work more like a chat platform such as Slack. Even these fundamental ideas would make a huge difference.

Agreed. Program Percent Complete either needs to be fixed or removed.

Yes, please! This is the only feature that I feel is sorely missing in Workfront. It would be especially helpful if a cross-project predecessor's planned or actual dates changed, the dependent tasks would also change.
