Are you using stitching in CJA?  If so, field-based stitching or graph-based stitching?  In CJA, what ID have you set as your person ID?  

Hi @KiannaLe1  There are a few requirements listed in the documentation.  For example, it needs to be daily granularity.  And there's two ways to start the analysis.  If I recall correctly, you also have to have a certain tier of Analytics and individual users have to have access to the feature.
