This should be fixed now. There were some bugs in the new UI that have been fixed.

This is a bug, it has been notified to the engineering team, and they will be working on it. I believe the idea was to show only those segments for which users has access or are shared with the user but it seems it didn't work as expected. 

The issue is fixed, I believe you should no longer see such errors assuming that yours was related to the outage.

Have you tried an unclean library lying around after adding/removing dependencies?  You can try Xcode -> Product -> Clean Build Folder, and rebuilt the project.

Please check if you're logging in via the correct account. It seems there was an enhancement on the endpoint part, but it was reverted back to the original, which resolved the issue.So, it should work now without any errors.
