Hi @OliviaMi , what sort of task constraints are you using on the project? I think (although I'm not positive) that Fixed Dates, Must Finish On, and Must Start On ignore the project schedule.

If you're using an agile team, go into the team settings. There's a drop down for "Number of days Completed cards stay on the Kanban board".

Our updates transfer over if the updates were made to the issue before it's converted to a project.
After the project has been created, updates on the issue don't sync, it just makes a one time copy upon project creation.

Hi @Lyndsy-Denk , I understand Resource leveling from a project management standpoint, but we don't use the feature in Workfront because we generally only have one colleague for each job role assigned to a project.
I would imagine automatic resource leveling would be better with truly interchangea...
Hi @jklemm , I'm not sure, but this might be a Custom Form issue. I suggest checking if you have a Custom Form that is attached to the request but not attached to the template.

Hi @elizabethhackett , this is probably a custom form attached to your request queue. If you go to the request queue and go to Queue Details, it will show you what custom forms are attached so you know what they're called and can edit them.
I haven't been able to "like" anything this week. I click on the button, but nothing happens.
