Hi, Install "AEM Sync" from Extensions in Marketplace then you will able to see those  "Sync file from AEM" and "Sync file to AEM" options as mentioned by @RajaShankar.  Check this for more info : AEM Development with Visual Studio Code   Hope this helps!
