Hi Eric,
Content can be restored if it has been backed up as a package via package manager or downloaded directly from assets ui or it can also be replicated from other environments, if available.
Hi Benjamin,
Currently, the supported way to provide DITA documents in different languages is to use the translation capability. Let us know if you have any specific use case to go for live copies.
Hi @Itachi Do you already have a list of tags in a certain format? and, where do you intend to use these tags in AEM?
One way to bulk create tags in AEM is by using Tag creator tool and Use the AEM Guides' out-of-the-box bulk tagging feature to apply multiple tags to DITA content at once.
Please follow the below steps to add the non-dita file references.
1. Overlay the elementmapping.xml file from /libs/fmdita/config/elementmapping.xml to your custom folder under apps.
2. Add the following code to the xml file (Eg. PDF format)
<ditaelement>
<name>xref</name>
<class>- t...
In the Output preset, "Site Name" is used as the root folder name. To remove the default -ditamap from the root folder name, you can specify your custom site name.
The option to skip replacing the file during upload is currently not available, as is the Assets UI behavior. Please submit a request through a support ticket, and the concerned team will be able to confirm if it is on the roadmap.
