I created the segment on AEP and load it on ACS within the query component using the Segment ID. I enrich my data set with segment ID and segment name so i can use it on delivery I guess that what you propose has to be configure before starting the workflow ? or can I do that afterwards ?

Did you try to use delivery label (available in both delivery log and tracking log) rather than log ID ?
