Install or run the AEM using command line only. Don't double click the JAR to install AEM.

Did we get any solution for this issue so far? I'm facing similar issue with my local AEM 6.5 SP 17 running on Mac machine with Monterey 12.5 version (Apple M1 Pro chip).
