Hi Everyone, Thank you for the support and suggesting some solutions, however our sandbox instance was shutdown from backend side which later got up and running by Adobe Team.I am able to login now after their confirmation.Once again thank you everyone. Regards,Rajendra

during login I am not getting option to clear cache and every user who is trying to login is facing this. 

I also submitted a ticket on Adobe support center about this issue because I am not able to get the above details.I have not changed any thing which will impact the login process. Thank you for the reply. 

While doing login, I am getting this error every time. Please let me know what needs to be done here. Thanks in advance.
