Event's won't be recorded against the test profiles when it is run in test mode. However, if you post events explicitly via an API, it does show on the unified profile.   Can you provide screenshots / details of what you mean by "unable to use them in my audience set configuration..."

@Phani_Rajesh_Reddy_Manam kindly check if the testProfile is set to true and if the identity namespace matches with the one configured in audience qualification / read audience nodes in journey. If it's event triggered (also, check if the event definition is being satisfied)
