Hi @Pulkit_Jain_, I debug more to see maybe problem by load-balancing of server. When i click submit button the form will post Attachment to Server-1 then trigger submit form to Server-2. You have anything solution to can fix it? Thank you so much

I use form have field upload (image or pdf), It not working on production (some time it working well then i submit again it return false).
