I have created a form and it has some input fields and when I am trying to click on those fields the page goes down....Any suggestions?

I am doing roll out from one page to another and while doing rollout I am unchecking the rollout page and subpage.Even if doing that the subpages are getting rolled out.  I checked the logs too but no error is coming

When I am clicking on the rollout page it is redirecting me to an empty page .Any solutions? When I checked in logs it showed me Unable to adapt resource of /content/upcoming-events/jcr:content/non-hero-header to type com.day.cq.wcm.msm.impl.RolloutHierarchicalObj

when I change the property of page and then I publish the page the button on the page is getting is disable in touch UI.But In classic UI its working fine
