This is known issue in SP21 and also in SP22 , We will be providing fix in SP23 . We already have support ticket logged from one user ,Please log a Support ticket if you wanted a hotfix on older releases.

This is a known issue in 6.5.17.0 . You can upgrade to 6.5.21.0 designer to find fix to your tagging issue. Hi @CØK ,As mentioned by you(We use desktop version 6.5.17.)  , you are currently on 6.5.17.0 designer, You can upgrade to 6.5.21.0 .
