Is it possible to identify in Adobe Target if the user is using an "In app browser" such as Facebook/Instagram?

I know Adobe Target has the ability to manipulate the DOM directly.  Are there best practices for using this technology within a React SPA (rendered client side)?All the articles I found are pretty old and probably outdated at this point in time.  Wasn't sure if anybody had any working examples for ...

Is there a seamless way to get email notifications when changes are made in Adobe Target?  We'd like to have more of our team making changes, but it would be nice for us to get automatically notified of these changes.

As we test with visitor's and updating their profile parameters, it would be nice to manually toggle the values the profile parameters have.  Is there some sort of admin screen to do this?

If I cannot just retrieve hte profile attributes (ideally i just do my own if-statements based on what profile attributes are set), then how would I go about passing the mbox3rdPartyId in the getOffer() function?  When I set it as a param, it just seems to disappear and not included in the /delivery...
