  • If you don't see that, then I'm assuming you aren't an admin. I would suggest reaching out to one of the admins in your organization and ask if they can add the ability to use share with anyone links to your account. If they aren't sure how to do it, it's the second point in my post above, they just...

  • To use the "share with anyone," a few settings need to be turned on. First, it has to be turned on for your organization in the admin console, which, if your teammates are using it, sounds like that is done.   Second, you need to have a product profile on your account that has that feature added to ...

  • This sounds like a major issue. First, is this issue happening the same time as any outages listed on status.adobe.com? If everything looks good on there, then you might want to check with other users at your org, see if they're having the same problem. And then reach out to client care. This type o...

  • Even using "page event doesn't exist" would still give the same result. In order to not have any of a particular item returned in a visit segment, it has to be an exclude. Whether it's just evar30 or all evars, still works the same way.

  • The problem with this is that because there is more than one hit in a visit (typically). It will find a hit that doesn't have evar30 and include that visit, regardless of if any of the other hits in the visit do have evar30. It has to be an "exclude" instead of a "does not exist".

  • So you're basically looking for visits that did not interact with evar30.   If you do option 1, in the visit it's going to look for a hit where evar30 doesn't exist. Once it finds it, it will include that visit. This means that if the visit has more than one hit, one with evar30 and one without evar...

  • I agree with @Jennifer_Dungan, the mean function is exactly what I would do. The only thing I might suggest differently is the Median function instead, depending on what your data looks like. But generally, either of the measures of central tendency (mean or median) are going to be the simplest way ...

  • Clicking "show grand total" just shows/hides the total that is at the top. What determines whether it is a "grand total" or "column sum" is based on how you've brought the dimension in.  Generally speaking, dragging and dropping an entire dimension, whether or not you use a filter, will show you a d...

  • Yeah, that's true about using the instances for when the evar actually fires.   But for the post_evar, even if you're using the post event list, the instances will only fire when the evar actually fires. So if you want occurrences for the evar, you still need to do a distinct count of the visit_page...

  • Actually, the tables sum is correct. This is because the total for a freeform table can either be a "grand total" or a "column sum."  With the dimension that you have in your table, page URL, the people column is telling you how many unique visitors saw each of the URL. It's very possible that one p...
