Thanks for the response yuhuish. You are correct in that I did use the
"Breakdown fallthrough at this touchpoint" but I used this on the first
touchpoint. The table should therefore show the next hit after
touchpoint/page A on the freeform table I believe. In the segment
definition generated for this I can see the following: HITVISITPage =
Page A- THEN -Page = Page B AND -VISITHITPage = Page A - THEN Within 1
Hit(s) -HITPage exists - THEN -HITPage exists My understanding is that
the "Breakdown f...
Hi,I am trying to find out where traffic is going from Page 1 of my site
before reaching Page 2. Through researching I have found the fallout
report with the breakdown of fallthrough. In the below screenshot I have
created a Fallthrough from page 1 to page 2 while looking at the
'Eventual Path'. I am looking at a 'visit' level rather than 'visitor'.
I don't understand how in the first visualisation the traffic reaching
the page is 2,063 visits and yet in the fallthrough the total adds up to
I have two pages. One is my homepage and the second is my product page.
I have created a flow visualisation with the homepage as the dimension
in the middle. One of the journeys out of this dimension is to the
product page which has 1,471 path views. I have created a second flow
visualisation, this time focusing on the product page. Looking at the
journeys into this page the number of path views coming from the home
homepage is 765. Surely as these are the same journey this number should
be the ...
For my page dimension I have an overview on a freeform table which shows
my most popular pages by visits, unique visitors and entries. For the
same time period I have a flow visualisation focusing on the journey
from my primary page (Page A) to a subpage (Page B) On the freeform
table Page A has 7,088 visits and 6,150 unique visitors and 5,516
entries. On the flow visualisation this same page has 7,747 Path Views
when the container flow is set to 'Visitor' and 8,103 path views when
set to 'Visit...
Hi there, I am editing a page on a website through Sites, which contains
a grid. The change I have made was to the wording within the grid. Above
the grid is a header sitting in a component which is labelled 'Header
Group'. When viewing on edit mode this label is grey and faint just like
all of the component labels, however when I changed to preview mode all
component labels correctly disappear except for 'Header Group', which is
now the same text colour and font as the page copy. Any reason as ...
Thank you for your response Andrey. In that case, without this checkbox
ticked what is that value referencing? Because it does not match
'Visits' but surely if we are not including repeats (meaning page views
total) that would mean that one view = one visit.
Hi, I have a page on my site (not the homepage). I am trying to get a
breakdown of how many people visit this site from external sources
(Google, referral sites etc. vs how many visits to the page are coming
from the homepage or another page on my site. What is the best way to go
about doing this? Thanks
Hi there, Relatively new to AA and have been working through training.
Something I have noticed when trying to analyse user journeys is and
inconsistency in my data which I am trying to figure out. I drag a page
into a Flow visualisation and the container is set to 'Visitor'. However
the path views for this page on the flow (5,667) differ to the value I
have for the page when looking at the top visited pages on the same
report. I've checked both the Visits (5,180), Unique Visitors (4,539)
