  • Never mind -- I discovered that the white box frame disappears as soon as focus is moved to another object on the page.  So just the inside of the button stays white (with the black center).

  • Great stuff, I had no idea this could be done.  I have one question:  I have three radio buttons where "High" turns red when selected, "Medium" turns yellow, and "Low" turns green.  In the screenshot below you can see there's a white box around each radio button that stays white.  I don't mind if th...

  • I added a couple of tweaks -- (1) to allow for up to 8-character domain suffixes (there are some long ones out there -- "museum", "travel", etc.);  (2) allows the user to leave the field empty with the initial if statement;  (3) if the field has content, the focus stays on the field if there's a val...

  • I have a "Revision Date" in the footer on the master page that stays active in the tabbing order even when I set it to Protected in the Value tab.  I have tried setting the footer itself and everything else on the master page (except the main content area) to Protected, and the Revision Date field s...

  • That works perfectly, thanks!I decided I needed the date in mm/dd/yyyy format, but when I changed both masks to that format, it didn't work.  I had to change only the util.printd mask to mm/dd/yyyy.Where can learn a little more about using the "util" method?

  • Hello,I have a "Revision Date" field in a footer but it displays the current date. I would like to display the date the file was last modified.  This script in the layout:ready event is:this.rawValue = util.printd("yyyy/mm/dd", new Date());I'm looking for an equivalent of the modDate property in Acr...

  • Thanks!!! The "mandatory" property turned out the be the key for me.  There was a field that was being set to hidden while retaining its mandatory property, so the Submit process was being forced to cancel. Another thing that probably conspired to make it more difficult to determine the cause of the...

  • That did the trick, thanks!  (of course, I hadn't noticed that I forgot to change the "t" for my own counter)

  • Hello,I have an expanding table that allows users to click a "+" button in the row to add more rows.  The table contains required fields.  There is a radio button in another part of the form that if set to "No", the whole section containing the table is hidden.  I need to delete any extra rows the u...

  • Hello Bruce,I've noticed that you can enter "2015013" (7 digits) and it produces "2015/01/13" or even enter "201566" (6 digits) and it produces "2015/06/06".  Can you change the script so that it requires 8 digits.  I tried doing it myself and ended up crashing Acrobat when I would try to open the f...
