My understanding is , it is auto created and maintained by system.I never ingested this values when i ingested profile data.But in API response i have seen this auto populated

AEP is a cloud-based offering, it cannot be installed in Laptop or available as a package. If your company is a adobe partner then adobe can provide a shared sandbox where you can try to explore.
