Yes , you can create a support ticket with adobe. I am not so sure of other ways to get all tool login details. But in Adobe analytics we can get the usage details by going to Analytics > Admin > All admin > Logs > Usage and Access Log.

Can you give a example of field 1 , field 2 and composite ID? AEP cannot guess that Field1 belongs to composite ID{Field1 + Field2}, someway it needs a lookup data to stich the ID's.
