I tried with snippet with title tag on cloud and working as expected . You can open support ticket and someone from support team will be able to troubleshoot this on your environment. -Pulkit<Ask your AEM admin if you don't have access to create support ticket>

Undo is functioning correctly for both types of snippets on my end; I tested this in AEM Guides version 4.6 with UUID.
