What's the error that you are seeing @nico9? What's the frequency of the schedule? How much time does it take to complete the Job (when tested manually)?   Also, when you tested manually did you try with delta update OR every time you delete & reload the data?

@vikash4 are you able to pass the non-xdm data to the data collection?   The data that comes to the data collection with XDM object, you can remap by adding rules & data elements and pass it in the format that you like to the non-adobe extension.

Are you loading the datalayer towards the end? Check if you can move this to the head and keep it async.   Is the datalayer too heavy that its taking time to load?
