@emily  Since you are using Single Sign on then it's the Federated ID. Were you able to login before into another organisation ? 

@ajithkumarp  From the error description it seems like you don't have access to the report suite for which you are getting the settings. OR the product profile which you have added in the IO account integration does not contain that Report Suite. Can you please check ?

@emily  Can you please make sure the account you select while logging in ? If you are using Adobe ID than use Personal Account option and if you are using Federated ID than select School Account option ?If you are doing above as expected than please get the Expiration Setting of your account checked...

@bindukumari1990 Yes, evar5 should be set in s.linkTrackVars when the respective s.tl() call will be sent so that the evar5 is visible in the custom link call.

@PIDDI  Are you using any VPN ? If yes than can you please try changing the network connection and then try logging in ? If you are still facing the same issue than check for any error in Console window by Right Clicking anywhere -> Inspect -> Console. Provide the screenshot of the same.

@bindukumari1990  I checked the website URL and found that evar5 is firing on Page View call only and not when Custom Link call is happening.
