Yes this seems to be a permissions issue, you do not have right permission to see the nodes in publish. Please check if you have jcr:read or not on /conf and if it still doesn't work add jcr:all to /conf.
Yes I checked Jira but it is closed so don't think that is an issue. "Edit" button is coming in 6.5.9 so that Jira seems to be invalid. I'm unable to edit the video properly even with that link. Do you know if anything else has to be configured/ enabled other than run mode and cloud config?
