@keeleyj70431205 Go to http://localhost:4502/aem/search.html and search for the string in the search bar in top right corner.  Also you can export this data in the form of CSV.

@sathyaprakasha2 - I saw your logs, I suspect it's something related to cq-editor.Try reinstalling  cq-ui-wcm-editor-content-1.1.350.zip package in crx/packmgr and restart your AEM instance once.
