Hi @lutzU    You can also generate this report by switching to filter view from the sites console - There is an option to download the report by clicking on CSV Report.     I hope this helps.   Thanks Narendra

In Brand Portal, there is an option to sort on some of the fields, its available when you switch to list view - It can be done only on certain fields though.
