metric in adobe analytics which tracks the installations, the closest
match would be first launch, which happens after the installation1)
Users who installed and registered but have not transacted at least once
(Orders = 0), Add another condition in the segment where you are
capturing the registrations, in a segment like this 2) User who
installed, registered, and made only one purchase (Orders = 1)In this
