@Johnhenao10 Most likely there is another process holding a lock on this folder. Most of the times (at least for me) the culprit is the IDE (eclipse, intelliJ).Try closing the IDE and then run the build.

@mahesh_tesla  Have you created this page child3 pro-grammatically ?  The jcr:primaryType of a page is cq:Page and not cq:page and hence the  error.The second issue most likely looks like a missing cloudservice  configuration on the page. see if this  page or the root page of this content tree needs...
