This one's interesting..
- I set a custom parameter 'var1' on the watched folder config node:
- I then triggered a workflow by dropping a file in the input folder of the watdched folder. If you have a look at the workflow instance in CRXDE, the 'payload' node has path to the payload:
- If you ...
You are right, it seems there isn't a way to get the file name in the workflow without custom code.
A more elegant way is to create a custom Payload Mapper Filter to map the structure of the watched folder to the workflow payload. Read here for more details: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs...
User and group permissions can be pretty confusing when you start to think about numerous possible use cases.
For the example use case you stated, your custom group users may or may not be able to access those specific restricted DAM folders. It depends on the order in which the permissions were a...
For sure Asset Templates are supported on AEMaaCS (and on-prem too), couldn't find a doc that explicitly mentions that but if you're looking for something official then Adobe Support would be best.

Can AEM assets be leveraged to create, store and manage branded asset templates?

Access to the software distribution portal...
I find this question very interesting, its a basic requirement and has various options.
Few cents from my side based on your use case:
Do you need to export user specific content from AEM publish? For example, user profile details, user orders, etc.If you do need to export user specific from AEM, ...
Have seen the workflow getting stuck at 'Start' before and the cause depends on case by case.
I believe you are using the Bulk Ingestion feature on AEMaaCS?
I can try on my Cloud instrance side to see if it works.
Some questions for clarity will help in understanding the use case better
- If I understood correct, you created an XDP form (using Designer?) and then you are rendering the XDP form as HTML, how are you doing that?
- Also, how are you handling form submission? Are you using custom submit handle...
