I think the jar cokes with the installation check the sdk folder in your install directory

Confirmed with engineering, this use case is not supported.As of now only attachments can be saved in share point list.please log  a feature request to get this capability in the product .

This is possible. Once the SP list FDM is configured.In adaptive form submit action select submit to fdm, select document of record checkbox and map the bind ref to attachment field. I am not able to attach xdp and xml fileExport data from the pdf using acrobatopen the address1.pdf in designer and save it as xdpthen use the xml and xdp to generate the pdf using the workbench process. it should work
