The regex that can be used is /content/data/project/?.*sg?.* inside the include option within the filter.xml. And how to define it Within filter.xml can be found in the below link: https://jackrabbit.apache.org/filevault/filter.htmlFor testing out the regex expression you can use https://regexr.com/

For this requirement you can add a stTimeout handler with the timeout as per your requirment and re-initialize the dialog request to populate the saved values once the dynamic population of the drop down is complete.You can use the below sample code:setTimeout(function() {$.ajax(Granite.author.DialogFrame.currentDialog.editable.path + ".infinity.json").done(handler);}, 1000);function handler(data) {if any processing needs to be done, can be added here});}

@rsl_lucky In order for a user to trigger the start workflow on any of the assets the user should have permissions on the /var/workflow/models and /var/workflow/instances folder in addition to the other permissions that you have already provided. For more details please also check the below document: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/administering/operations/workflows-managing.html

Are you using the Admin user to perform the steps mentioned in the document? When you open the Admin user from the security console are you not getting the "Manage Keystore" option as in the below screen shot:

Please check if the review workflow is getting triggered or not. Also please check if you are able to instantiate other workflows on this instance or not. When a topic is sent for review, a workflow is instantiated at the backend and if that workflow is not getting triggered then also you may get the error. Please check the AEM error.log file for the error that is reported when you try to send the topic for review.

For this do check the dispatcher.any file. in this file you will have a /filter header section that will specify which paths are allowed and which paths are denied. In this file do check the below rule is added in order to access a servlet with /bin /0022 { /type "allow" /url "/bin/*" }For the complete filter section please check the document with details about the above rules and the other filter section rules. https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-dispatcher/using/configuri...

Check the browser console if there are any errors related to coral objects not found in core.js. If yes then restart the instance or rebuild the client libraries from the below URL: http://[host]:[port]/libs/granite/ui/content/dumplibs.rebuild.html If after this also the same issue persists, check for error in the AEM error.log file.

In AEM 6.5 Service Pack 5, a security fix has been added that you cannot login directly via crx/de or system/console. You will be redirected to login.html for the login. This has been done to ensure that only the authenticated users are able to open the crx/de or other consoles. Regarding the issue you are facing, please check the browser console tab and look for any issue related to core.js where it says coral object not found. If yes then please restart the instance.

Check the AEM error.log file and see if you are getting the "AuthenticationSupport service missing. Cannot authenticate request" error trace. If yes, then try to re-index the complete repository by deleting the "index" folder under the path /crx-quickstart/repository. And then restart the instance and monitor the logs. If you still get this error, try to restore the instance from the last healthy backup. This type of issue comes up when the instance is shut down abruptly and the repository could...

Check 'Apache Sling Authentication Service' configuration in /system/console/configMgr. There is a means to exclude paths from authentication using the 'Authentication Requirements' field. For excluded paths, SSO login would not be triggered.

Versioning creates a "snapshot" of a page at a specific point in time. With versioning, you can perform the following actions:Create a version of a page.Restore a page to a previous version in order to undo a change that you made to a page, for example.Compare the current version of a page with a previous version with differences in the text and images highlighted.For more details on each of these three points check the documentation[1] If you disable the page versioning you will not be able to ...

Check the AEM error.log file for the error you are getting that will give a trace of the error that is coming up. Also, confirm the AEM Core Component version you are using. If you are using 2.8.0 then there is a bug which has been fixed and similar issue has been discussed in the below link please check once: https://github.com/adobe/aem-core-wcm-components/issues/928

In order to include the code of one client library file into another you have two options available: 1. Linking the two files: You can link the dependent file to the parent file and for this, you can use the concept of Linking of Dependencies which has been explained in details in the below link: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/developing/introduction/clientlibs.html#linking-to-dependencies 2. Embed the two files: Or you can embed the code of the dependent file in th...

From the description, I understand that the issue is only coming in the Publisher and the Author has been upgraded successfully with any such issue. So, in this case, check the upgrade logs if the upgrade has been done successfully without any errors. Then check the stderr.log file for errors during the startup of the AEM Publish instance.

Hi @chandeshj240320 , as per the documentation the Core Components 2.9.0 is compatible with AEM 6.5.4+ version. As mentioned by you that you have deployed the Core Components 2.9.0 on AEM 6.5.3 and you are not facing any issue, but in the future, if you face any issue/if you find any bug, Adobe will not provide support for that because of the recommended version is AEM 6.5.4+. So I would recommend using the version AEM 6.5.4 so that in future if you face any issue you can reach out to Adobe supp...

there are a couple of solutions to achieve this. One of the solutions is:-1. Create a servlet in AEM to create the vanity paths present under the project hierarchy. 2. Create a shell script in apache to hit the above AEM servlet on a periodic basis and save it in a file(vanity_urls.txt) on apache.3. Create the re-write rules at the Apache level in httpd.conf file.These rules will check whether the path requested exists in the file (vanity_urls.txt) and based on the result will do the shortening ...

Hi santhoshsrg, You are trying to build the workflow which is still in running state. So you will not be able to get the complete package. All the workflow steps processed after the package was created will not be included as workflow is still in RUNNING state and transition nodes are still getting added under "history" for the respective workflow instance. For building up the entire workflow the process of creating the workflow should be executed once the entire workflow is completed. You can h...
